Laurie Hughes and Pam Borghesani have 60+ years of sales experience collectively and because of that they understand what people really want: agents who are trustworthy, knowledgeable, hard-working and who listen to their clients’ wants and needs.

Laurie Hughes

Born in Toronto, Canada, Laurie came to the US for college and graduated from Bob Jones University in Greenville SC with a Bachelor’s in French and minor in English. Her language degree helped prepare her to learn Portuguese years later as a missionary to Brazil. She has 6 children and 15 grandchildren.

The Dale Carnegie training (Public Speaking course, Sales Advantage course, and Leadership Training for Managers course) was instrumental in teaching her how to effectively communicate with people and her past experience as a sales trainer, Reliv Distributor (nutritional supplements), and high school teacher all contributed to her real estate career today. In fact, Laurie achieved the rank of #1 producer at her Brokerage firm multiple years in a row (one of those years there were more than 130 agents).

She has also appeared on the HGV show “House Hunters” which aired December 26, 2019. It was entitled “A Space for Three and a Menagerie in SC”

Something no one knows about Laurie is that she attended high school in Burlington, Ontario, Canada with the actor, Jim Carrey.

Laurie’s motto is: not selling but serving and summed up in the verse: “I have made myself a servant to all”. I Cor 19b

They fell in love with the area and quickly relocated.  With a diverse background in business, sales, and consulting across various industries, Pam has always thrived in dynamic environments.
